Converted detached stone barn situated on a 70 acre equestrian holding with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. The "Celtic Path" which is a cycle/walk way is only yards away with links to the Millenium Coastal Park. Pembrey Country Park with its seven miles of golden sand, dry ski and toboggan slope, pony trekking, cycling and golf, is only a ten minute drive. The village of Five Roads has two excellent public houses within walking distance - both with restaurant and bar meal facilities. The Post Office/Village Shop is within one mile. The entrance to the cottage leads into a large lounge and dining area with double futon for extra sleeping. The living area has colour television, freeview, video and dvd player. Steps lead into the lower level fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Stairs lead from the dining area to two bedrooms with exposed beams and fitted wardrobes. Duvets and bed linen provided. The oak floored bathroom has a shower above bath - please bring your own towels. Oil central heating - fuel and electric are included in rental cost. Outside is a childrens play area and playhouse, trampoline with enclosure(seasonal) and plenty of open spaces for relaxing or ball sports. Patio furniture and gas barbecue provided.
